EVA 40W

Property: 

1: EVA rubber and plastic products are new environmental protection plastic foam materials, with good buffering, seismic, heat insulation, moisture, chemical corrosion resistance and other advantages, does not poison, does not absorb water.
2: EVA resin is characterized by good softness, rubber-like elasticity, can still have good flexibility at -50 °C, good transparency and surface gloss, good chemical stability, anti-aging and ozone resistance, non-toxic.
3: Good residual mixing, good coloring and molding processing.
4: It is closely related to ethylene acetate content, molecular weight and melt index. When the melt index (MI) -constant, ethylene acetate (VAC) content is increased, its elasticity, softness, compatibility, transparency and so on are also improved. When the touch index increases, then the softening point decreases, the machinability and surface gloss improve, but the strength decreases, then the molecule increases with the decrease of MI, and the impact property and the resistance to environmental stress cracking improve. The polarity of the acetate group increases the elasticity and viscosity, crystallinity and electrical properties

Application:

EVA 40W is mainly used for the production of refrigerator pipes, gas pipes, civil plates, containers and daily necessities, can also be used for packaging films, gaskets, medical equipment, and can also be used as hot melt adhesive, cable insulation layer.
