Description:
Polyferric sulfate, also known as polyferric sulfate or polyferric sulfate or SPFS, is an inorganic polymer coagulant with superior performance. Its morphological properties are light yellow or reddish-brown amorphous powder or granular solid, easily soluble in water, and 10% (mass) aqueous solution is a reddish-brown transparent solution with hygroscopic properties. Soluble in water, alcohol, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, slightly soluble in benzene. Polyferric sulfate is widely used in the purification of drinking water, industrial water, various industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, sludge dehydration and so on.

Application:
1. Treatment of oily wastewater
Polyferric sulfate is an inorganic polymer flocculant, flocculant treatment effect is good, can remove emulsified oil and dissolved oil and part of the difficult biochemical degradation of complex polymer organic matter, and low price, less dosage, so it is widely used in the treatment of oily wastewater.
2. Industrial wastewater
1) Printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, instead of traditional low-molecular iron salt and aluminum salt coagulants, compared with the traditional coagulant dosage, low coagulation efficiency, aluminum ions and other residues are easy to cause secondary pollution characteristics, the dosage of polyferric sulfate is about 150ppm, its dosage is small, the removal rate of COD and chroma is high, the best ph value condition is 8.0.
2) Electroplating wastewater treatment, can be used as coagulant and collateral-breaking agent. The complex is mainly copper-ammonia complex, its property is stable, pH=11, it is difficult to precipitate directly with alkali, polyaluminum and other coagulants. It can also be used for water reuse.
3) Papermaking wastewater treatment, instead of polyaluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate, etc., used as coagulant, can also be used as paper sludge dewatering, in the papermaking wastewater treatment white water recovery process can not use polyferric sulfate (containing strong cation polymer), can only use polyaluminum chloride.
